  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix with mixer until blended. Add broccoli and 1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese; mix well.
  3. Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese; bake 5 minutes or until melted. Serve with NABISCO Crackers.

This is a good dip - and a change from the usual suspects at the appetizer table. The first time I made it, the broccoli was too "chunky" and still a little firm, which I didn't personally care...

Very tasty, I changed the recipe slightly. I used more cheese and I also used ranch packet instead of the italian dressing mix. It is also good with taco season.
