Very delicious! I will definitely make this again! The only thing I would change is maybe cut back on the red onion a little bit and add a few more olives.

I made this and put it in a tortilla with slices of red pepper. It made a satisfying, healthy lunch that tastes pretty good.

Made this for supper on Thursday and it came out lovely. I also added other stuff, like sweet corn, avo and feta cheese, stuffed olives and dad loved it
