  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a skillet, cook beef until brown over medium heat. Drain excess fat from meat.
  3. Add sauce and rotini pasta to browned beef. In a three quart casserole dish, layer meat mixture, followed with the mozzarella cheese; repeat.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

This is the same way I make my spaghetti bake, just using different noodles. I made it today and it turned out great! Very easy!

The name for this recipe is misleading because it really isn't chili at all - not even any chili flavor.

Kind of dry and definitely not chili. Should be titled as a pasta bake. Need to double the amount of sauce.
