  1. In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in rosemary, lemon zest, garlic powder and salt. Add cereals, almonds and crackers; mix well.
  2. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on cookie sheet to cool. Store in airtight container.

I only used corn and rice Chex. I subbed white cheddar crackers for of the Parmesan kind. This baked for 45 minutes at 250.

I only used corn and rice Chex. I subbed white cheddar crackers for of the Parmesan kind. This baked for 45 minutes at 250.

I used olive oil and because I didn't have fresh rosemary, I subbed dried and used about a teaspoon. I used just a pinch of sea salt. I did not have parmesan flavored crackers but I did have oys...
