  1. Stir the sausage slices, chili sauce, red currant jelly, red pepper flakes, and water together in a slow cooker, cover, and set the cooker to Low. Cook at least 4 hours, stirring once every hour.


  • Cook's Note
  • This is a no-fail crowd pleaser! I've been making this for years (thanks mom). The longer the kielbasa "stews" the better; however I would recommend switching your cooker to Warm after 6 hours. I've tasted it after an entire day in the crock, and it still rocks! Can't go wrong.
  • Easy Cleanup
  • Try using a liner in your slow cooker for easier cleanup.
