  1. Rim martini glass with dried coriander spice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker combine Stirrings Dirty Martini and Smirnoff No.21 Vodka with plenty of ice.
  3. Cover and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into the rimmed martini glass.
  5. Garnish with gherkin stuffed olive.

This recipe yields a very good dirty AKA "filthy" martini. If you can't find the Stirrings Dirty Mix, you can simply substitute with olive juice. Add a bit of dry vermouth if you like it. Also, ...
