"These are so simple to make and so very good to eat! I'm a stay-at-home mom of two girls, and a full time student. I'm always trying new things especially for the slow cooker. This recipe is one of my favorites!"

  1. Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
  2. Wrap each pork chop in 2 bacon slices to completely cover the pork chop, and secure with toothpicks. Place the wrapped chops onto a broiler pan, and broil until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Mix together the chili sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Place the browned pork chops into the bottom of a slow cooker, and pour the chili sauce mixture over the chops. Spread pineapple chunks over the chops, set the cooker to Low, and cook until very tender, about 6 hours.

  • Partner tip: Try using a Reynolds® slow cooker liner in your slow cooker for easier cleanup.

These were decent, the pork chops were really tender, but the sauce wasn't amazing. I doubt we'll make them again. Served with white rice and sweet peas.

These Were Yummy! However, I Think The Time Was Too Long, Because My Pork Chops Were Falling Apart, Eventhough I Set My Crok & Timer Correctly.. Other Than That, It Was A Good Dish.

This was great. I followed the recipe, however cooked it for 5 hours. They were deliciously tender and moist. Everyone loved them!

I liked this more than I thought I was going to. Very zesty, bit of a kick from the chilli sauce but not enough to put anyone off. All the family liked it and I'll be doing it again. Not sure it...

This was delicious!! I added a couple dashes of jerk sauce to kick up the heat a little.

I had to only give it 4 stars because I didn't use pork chops. My hubby used them the nght before, so I used chicken! AWESOME! (ok, I will change it to 5 stars...)

Yummy! I used some homemade sweet chili sauce that I canned earlier this year. The recipe turned out great. I think next time i will use some oriental style chili sauce and add more pineapple c...
