  1. Heat oil in large skillet to medium. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
  2. Cook chicken according to package directions. Cut into strips.
  3. Add soup, salsa and chicken to skillet. Cover and heat through.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortilla around filling. Refrigerate leftovers.

I used real chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper and cut into strips and it was pretty awesome. I recommend adding a hot sauce and/or red pepper for heat, this recipe is a little bland. ...
