  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 6x8-inch baking pans.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork; beat in the sugar, orange juice, cocoa, and cake meal until thoroughly blended. Gently stir in the strawberries and chocolate chips; divide the batter between the 2 prepared baking pans.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted near the center of a pan comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

Other than the fact that the chocolate chips sank to the bottom, this recipe is fantastic! I could see using cherries or raspberries in it also. I didn't have a 6x8 pan so I just used 2 loaf p...

I ended up using fresh strawberries that had gotten frozen in my fridge when the temperature was too high. I also left out the chocolate chips because I am not a fan of crunchy things in my brow...

fannntastic !!!!!!! good enough to eat year round !
