I made this morning. Very fast and flavorful. I made 1/2 the size of recipe. Also, I used fresh mushrooms and fresh spinach.....yum!
I substituted the swiss cheese with shredded mild cheddar. I like this recipe with swiss too, but I think it was tastier with the cheddar cheese. ;)
