  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix sweet potatoes, eggnog, butter, sugar, salt, ginger, clove, orange zest, and pecans in a large bowl. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and golden on top, about 40 minutes.

To sweet (and I LOVE sweet), although I loved the subtle flavor of the eggnog. I would cut the sugar in half and use brown sugar instead.

Everyone loved the flavor of this dish, the only change I made was I used fresh sweet potatoes instead of canned. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!!
