  1. Stir the soup, sour cream and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and onions and toss to coat.
  2. Arrange the potato mixture in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

  • Tip: Broil for about 1 minute to lightly brown the topping.

Thanks for the great recipe! I sliced the potatoes so they would cook faster and it still took a little over an hour for these to cook in my oven. Great flavor and quick prep time.
