  1. Brown ground beef with onion and chili powder in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and Pasta Sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice or with tortilla chips.

  • TIP: This chili is really hearty so serve over cornbread and top with cheese and sour cream for an open-face chili pie.

This recipe is REALLY good! So easy to make and is superb on a chilly day! Wait. Chili Day. :-) I added a LOT more chili powder than what the recipe called for.

This is a very easy recipe. That said, it is a very bland recipe. Because it uses spaghetti sauce it sort of tastes like spaghetti sauce with beans in it. You'd be better off using canned tomato...
