  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pits and peel. Put flesh into a large zip top plastic bag. Squeeze to press air out and seal bag. Mash bag with hands until avocados are smooth but with a few chunks. With scissors, snip just the corner off of one end of the bag. Pipe avocado mixture into wreath shape on large serving plate. Garnish with chopped red pepper. Serve with crackers.

I liked the idea of shaping guacamole into a wreath for a Christmas party. I used tomatoes for holley berries and cilantro for the bow. The only problem was it looked like a runny, green mess ...

This was a cute idea for christmas, but the guacamole was pretty bland. I used tomotoes instead of the red pepper. Very cute will probably use again for christmas.
