"Cool and creamy, great for summer and holidays. Kids love to make and eat this! HINT: Have them decorate the top with cherries and coconut to look like a face!"

  1. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple; mix well. Add marshmallows and 3/4 of the container of dessert topping (add more to get a creamier consistency). Toss in the coconut; mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and top with halved cherries and any extra coconut. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Will be good the next day.

This was ok, I made it to add to Thanksgiving dinner and most everyone thought it was too sweet and not enough fruit. It didn't hold up for left overs at all either, but that wasn't unexpected ...

Overall I thought that it turned out nice. I left out the marshmallows which for my family was a plus. I think next time I will add a little more pudding mix.

This was just like my Grandma's.

My husband is not a big fan of Pistachio pudding so when I made this I didn't tell him what was in it till he raved about how great it was!! He also mixed it with alittle ice cream (he said it w...

Outstanding as always, however, I left out the nuts for my family's taste, and I used a whole 8 ounce container of cool whip for extra creaminess and a 20 ounce can of pineapple. It was great!

I add 1/2 c. to 1 cup chopped walnuts to this dish. This is wonderful for potluck occasions. It's important to chill 1 hour for the marshmellows to become soft.

This was an excellent dessert and very easy to make. Made plenty for later.
