Hayley's Homemade Lemon Cordial

"This is a refreshing cordial to make all year round. Great for parties where you would normally serve water. It is so easy to make. Dilute to taste with water or carbonated water."

  1. In a saucepan combine sugar, water and cream of tartar. Heat until sugar is dissolved but don't boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon essence and let mixture cool.

Taste is OK but mostly just tastes like sugar water.. Would definately double or triple the lemon..
