  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine cream, instant coffee and chocolate syrup in a large bowl and place in refrigerator.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles large crumbs. Stir in nuts and press into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Let cool completely.
  5. Beat chilled cream mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Spread over cooled crust, cover and freeze 4 hours, until firm.

This was very easy to make, but i just really didn't enjoy it as much as i thought i would. the flavor didn't have the punch i was expecting.

this is a great recipe, but I did add 1/3 cup powdered sugar to the crust as others suggested. I also added about 1 tsp of cinnamon to the filling cause that's how I like my latte! I did dissolv...

Great easy dessert but, as one reviewer said it needs a little more punch. Add about 2 tbsp. of coffee liqueur that does the trick.

This was a GREAT dessert! It was almost like a coffee ice cream. I did take a suggestion and added 1/3 cup sugar into the base and it was absolutely wonderful! I would like to have it everyday!
