  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown ground beef; drain, if desired. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook covered 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.


  • Tip: Cook onceā€¦ eat twice! Double the recipe and reheat to serve over pasta, on hamburger buns or in taco shells.

This dish is quick & easy. My 13 & 8 yr old daughters have even mastered it. There are may nights of running for sports & this recipe has become a family favorite for those nights.
