  1. Combine the 3 cups of water and the tea bag in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove tea bag from boiling water. Stir rice and bouillon cube into the flavored water; return to a boil. Cover pan; reduce heat to low. Allow rice to steam until the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Fluff cooked rice with a fork, and stir in butter. Top rice with chopped cilantro.

This adds a very, very subtle flavor to the rice. For me, the change was so subtle that it isn't worth repeating.

This was a really nice recipe. It is hard to decide how to rate the recipe because it really only adds a very subtle jasmine flavor. But I thought it was fun to mix it up from the typical wate...

Excellent! Really tasty!

Tasted more like a bullion cube then jasmine. But it had a nice flavor overall. Next time if I am pairing this with an Asian entrée I would skip the cube.

Delicate and delicious! Thanks for sharing!

This was so-so for me. I didn't find that the jasmine tea nor the vegetable bouillon added much extra flavour to the rice. I tasted the cilantro the most out of any of it. It was simple and easy...
