  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and stir in the ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the condensed tomato soup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Cook and stir until thick, about 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste, and serve on the toasted hamburger buns.

Good recipe, but I added a few things- becaue it was kind of boring otherwise. I cooked the hamburger in some garlic and onion powerdf. Then instead of worschestire sauce I used A1 steak sauce...

Love this Joe recipe came to me from my mother-in-law of all people but is is really the best. I simmer mine in crock pot for gathering th etaste really gets cooked into the burger.

this is SO a keeper!! The whole family loved it and I didn't change the recipe one bit---no more canned sloppy joes for us!!!
