  1. Mix frozen orange juice concentrate, cranberries, yellow bell peppers, red chile pepper, red onion, garlic, cilantro, and cumin seeds together in a serving dish. Stir to combine.

  • To make the salsa milder, remove the seeds and membrane from the red chile pepper before chopping.



This is fabulous!! I made a double batch the first time, which as good because it went really fast. No suggestions to make it better, other than making a lot of it!

Loved it! Even my husband and daughter who don't like cranberries want me to make it again.

I used jalapeƱo bc I didn't have time to reconstitute dried peppers.

Most of my guest really liked this salsa. I did not change a thing.
