This was a great recipe. I did change it a little bit though. Instead of stewed tomatoes, I used just a normal can of diced tomatoes. Also I didn't have cumin so I used 1 teaspoon of chili powde...

This is good 4 stars recipe for a quick weekday dinner. I also made a cup of brown rice to go with it. My family loved it!

We LOVED this soup! I made it with hand shredded turkey (Thanksgiving leftovers, in fact), added about 1/3 c of canned corn, and simmered for 10 minutes and 20 minutes, instead of 10 and 3-5. ...

The best tortilla soup! I used Mild Rotel for the tomatoes, real chicken broth (added superior touch chicken broth), shredded turkey, no cilantro (didn't have it). So wonderful, thank you.
