  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Rub lamb chops with rosemary. Place chops on broiler pan and broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn chops and broil 3 to 5 minutes until done.
  3. Mix broth and cornstarch in saucepan until smooth. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens, stirring constantly. Spoon over lamb chops.

  • Tip: Lamb chops can also be grilled. Preheat grill. Grill chops over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn chops and grill for 6 to 7 minutes (for medium-rare) or until done. Prepare sauce as directed above.

I didn't like this at all. The lamb chops are probably not as good using the grill recipe. The lemon sauce was OK but I had to add less lemon and little more mustard. Just not a fan of this. ...
