  1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned, stirring often.
  2. Stir the sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken mixture with the pasta.


  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed whole green beans and yellow beans and soft wheat dinner rolls. For dessert serve mini-eclairs.

This was an easy delicious recipe. I did not take the time and "cut up" the chicken parts, instead I just floured and browned them 5 minutes on each side - - added 5 minutes to the cooking time...

Gotta kick it up! I used healthier olive oil. While the chicken is in the oil, mince a fresh garlic clove and throw it in. Then, once the sauce is added, hit it with at least five dashes of Taba...

Great recipe. Easy to make for a work day dinner.

Very good and so easy! I will make again. The sauce gave the chicken a nice flavor and chicken stayed moist. Great to make when you do not have much time to fuss.
