"This treat was born out of ready-to-be-used leftovers and my desire to create something new and fun for our 6-year-old to have for lunch. This is now one of his favorites (Grampa's too!)."

  1. Pour soup into a small microwave safe bowl. Wrap tortilla and hot dog with a clean, lightly moist cloth. Place soup, tortilla, and hot dog in microwave and cook on high approximately 30 seconds, or until tortilla is hot and pliable and the soup is hot.
  2. Place hot dog and soup in center of tortilla; sprinkle with cheese and roll. Microwave for an additional 10 seconds to fully melt the cheese.

This is good with leftover baked beans or even leftover chili. This also works with kielbasa or smoked sausage. Great quick lunch. This is one of the first things I make for lunch next day follo...

This was quick and easy... super yummy, even my pickest eater ate it. and had seconds

What if you tried it with canned chili? Chili dogs are wonderful and already contain the beans and texmex spices.

Wonderful, so yummy

My two-year-old is such a picky eater, but he loves hot dogs. This was definitely a win for him, and for me since it's so simple and fast to make!

Super Easy. Used hot dog chili instead. Packed in kid's lunch.

Simple, easy and keeps leftovers out of the garbage can. :)
