  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish and arrange the catfish in a single layer.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 45 to 60 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together the tahini, garlic, water, and lemon juice; season with salt. Once the fish is done, cut it into 1 inch cubes, and pour the tahini sauce overtop. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.

Great recipe! We served it over couscous--if I served it over couscous again I would make the sauce thinner with more lemon juice and less tahini. But the recipe as is should be great over pit...

Not 100% disgusting, but I didn't like it at all. My wife thought this too lemony, and I thought it was too "sesame seedy". The parsley helped mellow this out. I won't be making this again.

this is a very easy recipe, but is not for kids, the sauce is a strong flavor, just as i like it¡¡... but i`ve cooked the fish over a pan in the stove, and at the middle of cooking time, i poure...

i introduced my family to tahini with this recipe. with no leftovers, id say it was a sucess!
