KYMANNE

"Bow tie pasta tossed with spinach, tomatoes, goat cheese and olive oil. This is the best pasta recipe in the world! I made it up one day instead of serving a heavy pasta dish. The goat cheese makes this recipe!"

  1. Remove stems from spinach and stack leaves together; chop thin longer strips instead of square chops and set aside.

  4. Add goat cheese and serve warm or room temperature.

I think this recipe would be much better with a little less goat cheese. I used the full 8 oz. and it was way too rich for me. I just couldn't eat very much of it. Maybe it's just me though. Ver...

I used seasoned feta cheese, which had sun dried tomatoes and italian seasoning mixed in. This added a nice extra flavor to the pasta, though it is also good with plain feta!

I served this pasta dish on Valentines days with filet mignon. It was the perfect companion. Next time, I think I might add a little black olive, but I can't wait to make it again.

My family including our dog love this dish! I do add fresh sliced garlic to the olive oil and then grill chicken breast to go on top of it. The first night I had made it I had cleaned up dinn...

This recipe was good but a little bland for flavor. I highly suggest adding garlic, basil, sun-dried tomatos, and a little parmesan cheese when making. Also, I used the "garlic and herb goat che...

Pretty good - A "light" dish. The goat cheese gets a little "too much," though.

This was quite tasty. I added a sauteed clove of garlic and some chopped basil leaves based on the reviews.

I replaced the goat cheese with crumbled garlic tofu. This was great..... very fresh tasting!
