  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Mix well and gradually pour in water, stirring until mixture is creamy. Pour mixture into pastry shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until edges are very bubbly.

This was an excellent pie, i would reccomend it to anyone. It was a real hit at the Martin Luther King day feast downtown. Easy to make and very tasty, i plan on making several of these for ever...
