  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook uncovered until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain in a colander and immediately immerse in ice water for several minutes until cold to stop the cooking process. Once the green beans are cold, drain well and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  2. While the green beans are cooking, stir together the peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce, peanuts, and miso paste in a mixing bowl. Once the green beans have been cut, stir into the peanut sauce and serve.



Really yummy. Couldn't find miso so I did without it. I probably used more soy sauce and I added a dash of chipotle chili powder for just a tiny bit of bit

Unless you really love peanut butter (and I mean like my puppy!) and really DON'T like the taste of green beans, you will probably not like this as is. You might as well just get out a jar of p...

My children didn't like this at all.
