  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, crushed crackers, salt, ground black pepper, steak sauce, eggs and water and mix well. Transfer to an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Form into a loaf about 6x10 inches.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until center is completely cooked.

Great recipe! Don't use A1 steak sauce. I made that mistake the first time. Second time, I used Worsteshire steak sauce and it turned out awesome! Sure keeper!

We did not like this meatloaf. It was very bland and mushy/soggy because of the crackers. I will not be making this again.
