  1. In large bowl, beat egg slightly. Stir in cereal, milk, onion, Worcestershire, salt, mustard and pepper. Let stand about 5 minutes, until cereal softens. Beat well.
  2. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into loaf. Place in shallow foil-lined baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) about 45 minutes or until cooked in centre. Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
  4. Mushroom Sauce: In medium saucepan over low heat (or in microwave), heat mushroom soup and wine, stirring frequently, until mixture boils. Spoon sauce over sliced meatloaf.

AWESOME!! Made it 2 times- both with ground turkey and it has great flavor, is moist, and is the honestly the best meatloaf I've ever had. Delicious!!!

The gravy really made this meatloaf. Something different from the regular ketchup based loaf.

This was good..It is great for gluten free diet. We all really liked it.

I made this for my family, and everyone loved it! Definately not the typical ketchup taste, it was way better! And the sauce was a nice touch.

Made this last night and it was a big hit!
