  1. Pour the brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, and pear nectar into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

SO good!!! pears are my favorite fruit, and hubby (nondrinker) surprised me on my birthday with breakfast in bed.. along with this cocktail. Really? at 7 am? (heck yeah, I drank it.)
