  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In medium bowl stir together Simply Potatoes(R), salt and pepper. Spread half of Simply Potatoes(R) into bottom of prepared pan. Top with 1 cup cheese. Spread with remaining Simply Potatoes(R). Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  2. In small bowl stir together chicken broth and cream. Pour over Simply Potatoes(R). Place butter pieces randomly over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Easy, but pretty bland

I made these with the southwesteren style simply potatoes, and used mexican cheese instead of cheddar. Very easy and delicious! I took them to a brunch and everyone wanted the recipe

These are really good. I followed the recipe as written other then I used 2 cups of cheese. I also only cooked them for 30 minutes. Everyone loved these.
