Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter bottom and sides of 9-inch glass pie plate. Firmly press Simply Potatoes(R) on bottom and sides of pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook Italian sausage in 10-inch skillet until browned. Drain fat. Layer cooked sausage, zucchini and red pepper over pre-baked crust. Combine AllWhites(R), milk and mustard in large bowl; mix well. Pour AllWhites(R) mixture over sausage and vegetables.
Return to oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
