  1. Combine dry tea mix with water and lemon juice, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Place half of tea mixture in blender container or food processor. Add half of frozen cherries. Process until almost smooth.
  3. Repeat with remaining tea and cherries.
  4. Serve immediately. Freeze any remaining sorbet. When ready to serve frozen sorbet, place pieces of sorbet in blender or food processor; process to soften.

I used fresh cherries. The only thing I'd do different is to blanch the cherries first in order to remove the peel so I could get a more smooth texture. This was really great tasting either way....
