  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate, stirring often.
  2. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
  3. Add gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas.

  • Serve with Mexican-style rice or refried beans. For dessert serve vanilla pudding.



After making this for the guys at work...realized that it was a wonderful recipe for Salisbury steaks. Not as good for fajitas though quite tasty, but used less veggies and some hammered steaks....

I didn't care for these at all.

Our family enjoyed this very much. Yummy! Cooked as directed.

This recipe turned out to be okay. There wasn't anything too special about this. I also recommend adding onions and more peppers to the recipe.
