  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli and carrot for last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain.
  2. Mix vegetable juice, soup, garlic powder, pepper and pasta mixture and heat through, stirring occasionally.

Pretty bland and tasteless.

Could use a little bit more flavor, so get creative with the spices and the vegetables. But great base for a perfect vegetarian alternative
