Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until gelatin starts to thicken. Remove any unmelted ice.
Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until blended. Refrigerate 20 min. or until slightly thickened.
Stir in pie filling; spoon into serving bowl. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

For an extra special touch, use a spoon to drizzle melted BAKER'S Baking Chocolate on inside of empty serving bowl. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Fill with gelatin mixture and refrigerate as directed.
