  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients except rice and biscuits; bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in rice. Pour into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Separate biscuits and place on top of filling. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

i used my chicken broth to boil my rice and also used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushrooms. plus i also didnt have any mixed vegetables on hand so used broccoli and corn...

The onion was overpowering for this recipe. Just Ok. Not Great.

It didnt really have much flavor, and the rice was a little over powering. But i absolutely loved the biscuits. Next time i might try using canned veggies instead of frozen and maybe use a half ...
