"This corn beef and cheese ball is great at parties. I serve it with crackers and will often roll the ball in sesame seeds before serving it."

  1. Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, corned beef, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and sweet pickle relish in a medium size bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix at a medium speed until mixture is smooth. Shape the mixture into a ball. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

This was great. I used dill relish instead of sweet. And I doubled the amount of horseradish because everyone in our family loves it. I will definitely make this again.

Didn't like this as much with the pickle relish. Second time I made it I used 1/4 cup of minced fresh parsley and rolled the ball in a mixture of additional minced parsley and chopped pecans......

Nice change from the usual cheese balls. Tastes great on all cracker varieties.

Not to mine or my families liking.
