  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Rinse the beans in a colander, drain and dry well with a paper towel.
  3. Add the oil, salt and pepper to the beans and toss evenly to coat.
  4. Spread beans in an even layer on the baking sheet, and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes, until crunchy, stirring and shaking the pan midway through baking.
  5. Sprinkle the rosemary evenly over the beans, and continue to cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until beans are crunchy. Some will be slightly soft in the center. Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the beans to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the cheese over the beans, and stir to evenly distribute the cheese.

I made this as a snack. Quite yummy and filling! I forgot to dry them so it took about 55 minutes to cook. Keep cooking them until they are crunchy. The flavor improves a lot.

These are so good! They do crisp up a lot better if you put them between 2 paper towels and set a baking sheet on top to dry them out a bit...but even without that extra step they are delicious!...

I thought these were very good and will make them again. Mine were a little dry, but I think I will just cut down the oven time and that should take care of it. I am looking forward to making th...

a great munching substitute for chips! To save calories and fat, I didnt use the cheese and it still tasted fantastic!

This is a great recipe but I had to add more salt for flavor. I also added dill!

OK when first out of oven, but quickly turned chewy & bland.
