  1. Pour milk into a steaming pitcher and heat to 145 degrees F to 165 degrees F (65 to 70 degrees C) using the steaming wand. Measure the white chocolate and chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug. Brew espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Top with whipped cream.

I made this in my Ninja Coffee Bar and wound up with a beautiful layered coffee drink. As far as the taste, I didn't think it was anything special. I don't think I will make it again.

This is one of my favorite coffee recipes. I like to add 1 tablespoon of unflavored fiber. You can't taste it and you have a delicious mocha that is healthy! Thanks for the great recipe.
