  1. In large skillet, cook onion in oil for 4 minutes or until transparent. Add chilies, flour and cumin; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add beans and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken; cook until hot.
  2. Garnish with cheese, sour cream and salsa, if desired.

The only change I made was to puree one of the cans of beans before adding it to made a thicker but less chunky soup. Delicious!

I added more cumin, chili powder, garlic and another cup of chicken broth - yummy! Every drop was eaten. (I used 1 tbsp or chopped jalapenos instead of the chiles). Will definitely make again...
