  1. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, celery, pimentos, onion, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
  2. Add 1/2 to 1 cup dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled. Toss well before serving.



Canned mushrooms??? NEVER! This recipe would have been so much better with fresh mushrooms of different varieties. Would not make again!

This was OK, but not what I expected. Guess I prefer canned mushrooms on pizza! Won't make again- sorry.
