  1. Place the tofu, bananas, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the bowl of a food processor; blend on low to combine ingredients.
  2. Mix together the pancake mix and the remaining 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir in the banana mixture and blend until smooth. Spoon the batter into the bottom of a microwave-safe baking dish, spreading to 1 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Cover and cook in the microwave at full power for 3 minutes. Remove and invert onto a microwave-safe plate. If the cake is too moist, cook in the microwave 1 to 3 minutes more.

This smelled better than it tasted, although for coming out of the microwave I'm not sure you could expect anything else. The texture was a little rubbery, and I left it in the microwave for 4 m...

The bread is really easy to make and moist. I microwaved it for 4 minutes total in a round pyrex dish and the center is a little gooey while the rest was perfect.

It has potential, I would probably make it again, but I would use a larger dish. I used a loaf pan, and probably cooked it for over 10 min. I wouldd also try baking it in the oven. The raw ba...
