  1. Combine the butter, mustard, garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until garlic and anchovy paste are evenly distributed throughout the butter. Serve immediately over warm food or cover and chill until needed.

this is one wonderful sauce! I roasted a bunch of vegetables (carrots, onions, broccoli,sweet peppers, tomatoes and then tossed them with the sauce served with ham, outstanding. Thanks AuLait

Had SO much Anchovy paste that I thought I would try some recipes with it and came upon this one.....good stuff! Would have never thought of combining these ingredients but it works !

I liked it very much. I had a very refined anchovy paste - I think I could have used a bit more. Same with the Worcestershire sauce. On the other hand, the mustard was a little too evident. ...
