Directions

  1. Marinate the pork in juice of one lime while you prepare a medium-hot fire (5 to 8 minutes). Grill chops over indirect heat, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Warm coconut milk over low heat; season with salt and a pinch of cayenne. Add juice of second lime to sauce. Transfer chops to platter when done. Spoon sauce over chops. Garnish with scallions (and cilantro) and sprinkle with juice from third lime. Serve with rice and remaining sauce.

This was only ok. First off, I didn't expect it to taste anything like a pina colada. There would need to be pineapple in it for it to be a PINA colada flavor. I think next time I may actually t...

These were not good at all. My whole family did not like them!

We were very dissappointed with this recipe. It sounds really good, but tastes nothing like a pina colada. It's always good to try something new, but we will never make it again.

Delicious!! I made this for dinner last night for my family and they enjoyed it; Although I did do some changes I marinated the pork chops for about 45 min in about 3 cups of lime juice enough f...

I really enjoyed these- made exactly as directed except used 1cup of coconut milk to make a bit more sauce. I then drizzled the sauce over steamed jasmine rice. Quick, easy, healthy, and tasty.
