  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in chicken, cumin, beans and chiles. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Ladle into bowls. Serve chili with a sprinkle of your favorite toppings, such as chopped cilantro, chopped tomatoes, crumbled tortilla chips and shredded Mexican cheese blend.

This stuff is delicious as written. My son did make a change using fresh Jalepenias which makes it really good too.
