  1. Wash the pork ribs, potatoes, and carrots.
  2. Put water, pork ribs, potatoes, and carrots into a pot and boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Simmer and cook for 3 to 4 hours or until ribs are completely cooked. Can also be made in a crockpot set at low for 6 to 8 hours.

The potatoes are overcooked when boiling for 3-4 hours. I would suggest that you brown the ribs with some olive oil, onions, and carrots. I would add the potatoes about an hour and a half before...
