  1. Place baguette slices on cookie sheets and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Toast in 350 degrees F oven for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove, cool and set aside.
  2. In bowl gently mix tomatoes, basil, avocado, garlic, oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Spoon avocado mixture onto toasted baguette slices.

AMAZING. However, the topping isn't nearly enough for an entire baguette- I would double it. 1 baguette with enough topping would feed 4 or 5 people. I didn't use fresh basil, and I drizzled the...
